I’ve already started implanting some of the techniques talked about! I write daily to-do lists which helps me feel focused and get work done more efficiently. I also started giving meditation a try- this is something I want to continue moving forward. I also started journaling before bed so I can start each day with a fresh slate and mind.

I really loved the guided meditation because it brought me a lot of comfort in a chaotic day, but also reminded me of my happy place is, and how I can do this on my own.

Rosanne was empathetic- every response someone shared was met with such kindness and understanding. Graceful- she taught with such elegance and poise, it was very easy to stay attentive.
